Inforgraphic for How to stay sane 2015

This project started to solve a serious problem in South Korea. South Korea has a serious social state, as it ranks 1st in suicide rates out of the OECD membership nations. I think our generation has to know how to live wisely, well and get out of capitalism. And then I found a clue. Its reference is from Alain de Botton’s School of life. The School published seven kinds of books: how to live wisely and well; sex, work, save, money, age, the world, and time. It helps to practice and show information of self-diagnosis. Among the books, we designed based on a book ‘How to stay sane_Philippa Perry’. If you want to stay your sane, Print this infographic and check yourself.

How to check

  • Now, how am I feeling?  Think how I feel about six emotions happy, sad, fear, anger and surprise. Try to connect the dots according to the intensity of feeling to 0-5.
  • Now, how am I breathing? Draw based on how I breathe, breathe in is downward, breathe out is upward.
  • Now, what am I doing? Describe specifically what am I doing and what state I am each part of the body.
  • Now, what am I thinking? Write down the words what you are thinking now.
  • Now, how much I feel stress? Draw up your temperature stress.
  • Now, how who contacted me ? Write down the names of the people around me. After that think a relationship with me, try to connect the points with lines to express.
  • Looking back the life you have lived so far and looking forward of planning your life. Then write or draw the life that you want, depending on the age.
